  • Black on Black MKIV

So heres my 2004 GTI, had it for about 4 months and was completely stock when i got it except for a cheap deck that was gone the next day car was in bad shape when i got it, all woodgrain was pealed and cracked, dents and cracks in bumpers, wheels were a mess, fuel pump broken, air con not working, hood strut broken, window wiper fluid cable droken, needed a service, starter motor was noisy and the list goes on and on haha. i only paid $10,000 which i think is a bargain even with all the work that needed to be done. so within the first 2 weeks i ordered alot of parts and spent quite a bit of cash on many things.

plans are to keep it clean, get a KO4 maybe next year a apr tune along with coils and maybe new wheels

    alpine deck
alpine type S splits (front & back)
    pioneer and alpine amps

    all new door handles

    new pedals
gauge rings(broke plastic cover while changinglol
    octane tint

    Supsension and Wheels
    18inch Audi A4 rims
    20mm spacers in rear

hate to burst your bubble but doubt the rims are oem if they are only running spacers and no adapters all round.
car looks good! some subtle mods that are all working nicely!

you would need adapters as the stud patern for the a4 would be 5x112 whilst the mk4 golf is 5x100 so unless something either the rims or cars wheel hubs were modifed to accept the other's stud patern then it wouldnt be oem ...

im personaly not too picky on it but yeah cool car loving what you did with the interior the silver looks great

I'm really liking all these black on black MKIVs. If Batman drove a Golf it would be black on black like these
