Individual coil refurb possible?

Well USPS officially suck huge nuts and are taking forever to send my new coils from ECS so I am stuck with what I have so question is can I somehow 'repair' a faulty coil or are they forever dead?

I need this car back on the road and would prefer not to pay some stupid amount for a single coil at local prices.

PM sent but would still like to know if you can dodgy up an individual coil the same way you can fix the old coils packs with a coat of epoxy.
