  • Help: How to remove Hazard light switch in Bora??

Hey gang, just need a bit of help on removing the Hazard light switch in my 2001 Bora V6 4Mo.

I had the same common ticking noise coming from the indicators and squirting contact cleaner into the stalk has fixed that, however if I simply press the Hazard light switch they don't come on at all, so my guess is that the switch and/or relay has failed.

But.....no idea how to get the bloody thing out without damaging anything!!! Any help would be appreciated!

the easiest way i did it was to remove the cup holder tray first. you'll need some small-headed screw drivers for that. after thats out (it should pop out) then you can pop the hazard module (and any other module) out with your hands.

Mate you are an effing legend!!! Got the cup holder tray out, reached up and what did I find??!! The Hazard light harness had popped out from the harness (no doubt the result of an Autobarn head-unit install), pushed it back in and all working!!! Thanks very much, bloody love this forum!
