Lumbar support in driver seat broken

Hi all,

Anyone have any experience with fixing the lumbar support in the driver seat of a Bora V64Mo (or any Mk4 if the inside of the seats is the same across models)?

Mine's all loose and makes funny sounds when I sit into the car....

Nothing to see here...

Havent done it myself, not too sure if this will help, but it really shouldn't hurt... lol.
