  • Broken Indicators

    Hi All,

Just on the way to work my right indicators stopped working, if I hit the hazards or unlock / lock the car they all light up. It looks like the stalk is playing up, I figured out if you push it a little bit out and up the right indicator turns on.

Anyidea the cost to replace the stalk or if its fixable?

Before you do that, Try spraying some contact cleaner down the end of the stalk (i.e closest you can towards the steering wheel) to clean up some of the contacts. That fixed the ghost clicking for me.

      Cheers, tried that already.

The weird thing is, although the right indicator doesn't work if you turn the car off and leave the right indicator on the 'one side parking lights' feature works. From my understanding that uses the same switch just does a different function if the car is turned off.
