No spluttering or misfire bangs yet.

    Fueling issue?
I guess i should clean my air filter, but that still should be fine right?
    Spark plug gap?
Hmm i had the same issue once, when going home from day of the VW haha. Not sure what the problem was but really wasn't running right. Sputtering and hesitant. I took all the spark plugs out gave them a clean with a wire brush and all was good again. Not sure how much that helps haha

I was told by my mechanic that water condenses under the bonnet and drips onto the engine cover and then makes its way to the coil packs and rust occurs. The insulation stuck to the underside is supposed to fix that problem but it doesnt work very well. When I had my 4-Mo i replaced all the coil packs and spark plugs and was shocked to see that the plugs and packs had started corroding and blackening when I pulled them out to inspect the engine after it suffered damage from flood water

But the buggers have been in for 24hours!! surely not messing up already?

I bought one of fuzion's Launch CReader V's so i can find out Friday. Might zip past Camden GTI tomorrow too and gap/torque the plugs properly. and of course drop at least an hour chatting to Matt and Beau
