  • Indicators stopped working with new headlights! Help pleasee!

Hey guys, need your help! Iv just installed some new headlights on my golf this evening. All the bulbs were transferred from the old headlights to new. It was going well until I tested the indicators. One flash and they stopped working. I cant indicate or put the hazards and they dont flash when I lock/unlock the car. All the other lights seem to be working fine. have I blown a fuse or something? What can I do now!?

Do the rear indicators work ?
Do you hear the tick of the indicator relay ? Does it go really fast ?
Do the green arrows on the dash light up ?

Check the bulbs with a 12v line to see they work.
Check the connection pins have voltage.
    Check the fuse.

No the rear indicators do not work and there is no tick at all and arrows do not light up.
I dont have the equipment to check the voltage. Is my best bet just to take it to the mechanic?

It is most likely a fuse.
Should be fuse #2. 10Amp. Does just the indicators. Find this in the fuse panel on driver side of dash.
Check it for continuity with a multi meter, or just replace / swap with another one.
