  • NSW - MKIV R32 Parts enquiry

    Hey All,

I recently bought a BMP R32 and now starting to look into Mods.

I have recently reflashed ECU and now looking to get
    • Milltek non-resonated Exhaust
    • Cold Air intake - Carbonio
    • Haldex Gen 1 Competition Controller -(In the works)

I live in western Syd and looking to do the install myself so just enquiring if anyone knows a performance dealer where I can source these quality parts for cheap?

    Cheers,

    Kurt

You should be able to put that stuff in yourself very easily, take the stock exhaust off at the centre, install the haldex (two hex bolts and a gasket) and then put your new exhaust on. The Cai should be really easy, just make sure is a CAI not HAI, get a box and run the thingdown to the front grill with some flexpipe.

*Edit, have you already bought the non res exhaust? i would reconsider, it'll be really loud and droney...

    Cheers

And as always OEM / Performance Parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen - ECS Tuning is a great source for things such as the CAI, I currently have one sitting around waiting to be installed.

RolfGolf - yeah network issues on my end.

Schoona - Where did you get the Milltek Exhaust & CAI? You doing the exhaust yourself? If so, do let us know how you go as planning on doing the install myself.

Spoke to Courtney and they are getting back to me on prices and stock

                    Cheers

                      Milltek: Home - Rennenhaus
CAI: Benny R32 accidently bought 2 AEM intakes, saw it on sunday, looked good.
Install: usually like working on my own cars but not happy to do a clutch and flywheel on this car. That is the primary reason for car being off the road atm, bit the bullet and bought the exhaust to save on install of that too

                        Type 17,

Read a lot on install on the CAI and exhaust so not too worried just getting under the car would be the hassell.

No I haven't bought the exhaust yet... I have heard alot of positive feedback on the non res and I know it sounds childish but I want it to scream!
