FMIC or SMIC?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyones got a FMIC? What are the benefits, do you get any significant gains. I saw the FMIC that neuspeed sell where you dont need to change the front bar and you can barely see it with the stock bar.

Wondering if anyones got one and if its worth getting on the K03.

Hey Shami. Been thinking along these lines myself. Price is a bit too rich for me at the moment ($2,000 + fitting for APR) but Guy says it does give good Kw gains ... especially in the cooler temps down South or winter here.

Yea i saw the thread in the Polo postings,

But the APR/Oettinger is real expensive, neuspeed is about USD$1000 plus postage and if the current exhchange rate is not bad. They even have instructions on how to fit it and i dare say that i'd be willing to try it myself!!

i put a FMIC on my mk4 gti and i think it made a big difference. it did raise the boost a bit to.

i got quoted a few different prices between $1100 and $1600
