  • Recommended number plate size

    Ello all,
Just wondering what size would people recommend for a mk4 (R32). Standard size front and back? One slimline and one standard? or both slimline?

I plan on removing the front number plate support on the bumper.

Euro sized on the rear and if the car is stock you need Euro on the front as well as the plate holder is sized as such. If you remove the front plate holder then go a slimline. If you can't get Euro then normal on the rear and slimline at the front with plate holder removed. Search for my build/picture thread for photos as such.
    Cheers,
    Trent

i have the standard size on the back and a smaller one on the front without the plate holder. I think this looks the best, especially if the plates colour is matched to the car colour (mine are black)

yes totally hypocritical of me, but the sad truth is his car was immaculate and was still a good price regardless of him being an %$&^&% and stuffing me around.
I was going to try and hold off purchasing and see Niresh's (NJAY87's) black one thats apparently for sale but he doesn't seem to respond to any calls or emails etc. Hopefully he's safe and well.

they were a shade over $700. I was going to go the EURO Premium plates and get V*AGR32 but they were closer to $900 and I couldn't justify them. And half the population wouldn't know what VAG means
