Has anybody put a golf front end on a Bora??? Is it even feasible?

Love the MKIV Bora as a car & the engine and driveleine choices with the V5 & V6 4mo but love the front end of a MKIV golf.

Just wondering if anyone has ever done it???

It has been done, not sure if in Aus but certainly in Europe/US, try a search for "Gora" on the VW forums. More popular is the Bora front on a Golf, aka Bolf.

As Rykby says, this has been done many times, but the Bolf is more popular (graeme86 pointed out to me once the styling queues around the headlights and windscreen of the Bora front have clear symmetry, and once he pointed that out, I can't help but see it every time I see a Bora (and see the lack of it in the Golf front end).

Its certainly feasible - need to swap guards, bonnet, bumper, hreadlights and grill.

Not sure about rad support - I think they may be the same.

Cool, I figured it should be as they are built off of the same platform. Its all just personal taste at the end of the day and the likelihood of me ever doing it (Need to get a Bora first, Might just get a MKIV GTI instead anyway...) are very slim.
