      so did we rule out 2.8L 4mowers? those with individual coils i mean. any news?
      Or is it VIN by VIN?

        It is definitely on a VIN basis and only for the indivdual coilpack design.

        And the instructions call for the dealer to inspect the part numbers currently fitted and they will only replace the ones listed in the bulletin that match.

        Worth a query at least if you have individual coilpacks.

            Just ring up VW dealer and get them to check your VIN.
