    sold out of my price range 23.5k with estimated 8k at least of damage

    but only 27000kms on the clock
    owned a number of mk1 golfs have a collection of spare parts project golf is a 78 2 door

      did u take note of which number it was out of the 200 imported? just for interests sake so we know which one to avoid when purchasing in the future

        think I need an 8k one with 23.5K damage then convert the mk2 to R32 4wd spec

          Was that the silver one at Pickles Dave? I was there.
          It went for $25k. Broke Olis heart too

          They had the compliance plate in the office to stop theives taking it, so couldn`t see what number it was.

          I wanted the black Golf 4 that had been swimming, but $5000 was a bit rich for a car that may never start again

                  no good

                  that was a ripp off you can get one smick and on the road for 35

                  why anyone would pay 25 for one that on its revs check will have repairable write off is beyond me even though the damage wasnt much

                  and ive been to a couple of auctions for the wet cars and ppl are paying only a few g below what you can have them on the road for how crazy especially with an unknown damage bill
