hi im having problems with the gearbox, 1st 3rd and 5th work normally, but 2nd is hard to put in, and 4th cannot go in at all, can someone help??

Have you looked at the shifter assembly? Some pics could help. If its anything like a bora it should be down on the gearbox near the battery.

I posted this in another thread but this video shows what to look for and how to adjust. Did this on mine a while back and it aligned everything nicely. Take your time with it and you should be right, and just follow step by step. Plenty of light needed under the bonnet if looking around the first time!

Edit: Could also be a bent shift fork but try the adjustment first. Might pay to do it twice in case it doesn't do it correctly 1st time.
