How to remove door trim?

Hi guys! Just wondering how do I remove the door trims on a Mk4? Deciding to add some sound proof thingy in it. Does it just clips on and off? any nuts and bolts?

Umm, there are lots of faqs and stuff on VWvortex or somewhere on here. With a step by step guide on how to remove the door trim.

Have fun and do it on a HOT day with a HEAT gun (NOT GLUE GUN), it will stick better

takes about 5 mins to get off! very easy

thanks a lot guys! had only done it on the Mk3 which was very easy...
what i always worry is it comes loose and makes weird sound while driving

DONT USE A GLUE GUN
