Email Notifications Failing (mostly Telstra)
Hello everyone. Seems there is an issue with Telstra (possible others) blocking email from our server. If you are trying to sign up I would suggest a different email if possible. If you're trying to reset your password and it fails please use the Contact Us page:
As many will tell you the head is not very hi tech, like 12 valves single cam or the like.
So exhaust and headers maybe the best engine mods, suspension and tyres for handling. Charger or turbo are way too much cash for the gains.
I has been discussed on the forum so have a search around.
MK4 GTI - Sold
MK5 Jetta Turbo - Sold
MK5 Jetta 2.Slow - Until it dies.
It can be done, but as JustCruisn said, expensive. excluding turboing, there is a lot of smaller way to gain power (but generally these bring you up to a GTI in quickness)
I did the search for you Click here
Thats 35 pages of horn!
He's had more wheels on that thing than I've owned pairs of underpants!
Don't mind the black roof and glad he ditched the camo from the interior.
As far as getting more power from the 2L, unless you want to spend the time an effort (and moola) that that Bora guy did,
would be much more cost effective to just sell the 2L and buy a GTI or a V6 4mo. Anything else spent "to making these things quick"
would just be a waste of money IMO.
cant believe i just read through that whole build thread o.O Imma have to agree though that bora is fine.
EDIT: spose i better put something even slightly on topic... Could always go down the FI road, but really as stated nothings going to be realyl cost efficient.
