haha yup. Best way to upgrade a 2.Slow I've decided, is to abandon it and buy a GTI instead!

At least this way while the GTI's in the panel beaters/painters etc I get to drive the 2.Slow around.

Years later... no work has progressed on the car, but I finally put the wheels on after puncturing two tyres on my old set!



Work Meister S1 2 piece. Front 18" x 8.5J +35 Offset. Rear 18" x 9.5J +35 Offset. PCD 100, centre bore 57.1mm. Custom made for ze golfenwaagen.

Once it's slammed on bags, it should tuck in for that flushness with the fender.

Haha yeah found a really nice one with all the options I wanted and I couldn’t say no. Doesn’t help that I work for a car finance company now so I’m constantly seeing great deals!

Not sure if I should part out the Golf or sell it with the Boser hood, factory RHD Xenons and stubby mirrors. Gotta sell that body kit I never put on the car and the airlift kit that never got fitted too!
