The ones in the pic above look the goods.

The one from the ebay link not so. For the price - I'd be checking out the Hella Cellis ones.

Yes those ones in the link are very expensive for something from Taiwan, the Hella ones aren't much more expensive! Though you have to love the way speak english they do!

Try here, click on lighting>>golf/jetta>>golf4 and the Hella Celis are in there. A very nice looking light.

Just be careful with getting ones from America, because their lighting system is backwards, so the angle will be different. If you go American ones you have to make sure they can be switched to reverse

The ones in the link from TM Tuning are from Germany and are LHD and RHD compatible so no problems there.

You're going to replace great HIDs with cheap knockoff crap?

Dude, there are other places to change the appearance of your car which won't ruin it...

If you *must*, at least go with Hella Celis HID setup - Hella are the OEM manufacturer anyway. But honestly, why waste the money? Put eyelids on the car if you must make the headlights look different, but why replace perfectly functional and good looking lights?
                Nothing to see here...

im looking at the hella celis ones myself but gettin them from TMTuning means you would have to go through customs and i dont want to have to go through that again way too expensive. ECS do them but they only do RHD as i was infored

Yep the ECS ones are only for LHD (you want RHD here).

TMTuning aren't bad to deal with - I've bought a few bits from them - with an invoice cost of less than AUD$1000, you won't have to worry about customs duty or GST.

Definitely go with the Celis if you want Angel Eye/Halo look. I tried some of the cheaper knock off's, but they were horrible.
The Celis I have are much better quality, although unfortunately one of mine has suffered the infamous blown resistor and i'm yet to fix it.
I can also vouch for TM Tuning, while they are a bit more expensive than ECS, the guys give great service.
