These are designed for LHD cars BTW, so won't be much use over here with RHD cars

If they have adjuster screws, couldn't you use them to make it suitable for RHD?

nope. there's a sheild built into the reflectors to stop you blinding oncoming cars. Shield is on the wrong side.

That's only the case on projectors I believe - reflector style headlights don't have a well defined cut-off to start with...
