Got my package today to find that I was sent a 3" APR downpipe instead of my 2.5" APR Cat Back Exhaust. The part numbers for them are CD100010 and CB100010 respectively so the mistake is obvious, but right now I feel Waiting for them to get back to me now.

They charged me for the cat back, which is more expensive. The downpipe was never part of my order, I already have a 2.5" downpipe on my car. I'm expecting they will send me my cat back and organise to have their downpipe returned at their expense...
My apologies for the mixup on things, we do try very hard to prevent mistakes like this from happening, but we appreciate your understanding. I just made both the sales manager and parts guys aware of the issue so you should have a response here shortly.
This is an excellent example for having a distribution point and not just resellers in Australia. Are there any plans to actually have a distributor carrying stock in a warehouse here Jon, while I applaud your efforts in supporting the Australian market and personally have been buying from ECS since 2004 nothing beats the convienience of having a warehouse with stock in it here to fix small issues like these.
Logistically, getting a separate warehouse set up in another country is extremely difficult, especially in this economy. We certainly do welcome wholesalers that would like to distribute products, however from past experience, what they stock is usually fairly limited.
I'm not sure what the owners current plans are for expanding into other countries right now, but we have made quite a few improvements over the past year to make the international order process easier and less expensive.
Most often times we can get issues like this sorted out fairly quickly, stateside or internationally, but ideally we try to prevent them from happening in the first place.
Yeah my order is being sorted out. Good news is it isn't going to cost me anything. I was offered a price for the downpipe but I don't think they even fit on our RHD cars so it has to go back.
