the wheels posted in the first post are a nice style but the multistud fitment is a deal breaker for me sorry. Im assuming they dont have a centre cap that would hide that?

Wouldnt be so bad if the centre wasnt a different colour to the rim. But it stands out like dogs balls and really cheapens the look. Step in the wrong direction on an R cos the Aristos are such a pretty rim.

Actually I agree, never liked multifit wheels as it looks to messy and more unlike OEM.

I woul just get some 18" OZ supers, would look great on a mk4, similar to stock but pretty light (bit over 8kg).

Personally I would get BBS wheels, I do really like the stock rims though. Maybe keep an eye out for a used set of wheels. Some inspiration...[
yeah that is R32TYG's r32. Looks nice.
It's just odd some angles it looks different. I think the finish has a great say on how it looks.

Yeah. I guess it does look odd. Noticed it, but didn't really get me bothered.

          Hmm.

yeah I am surprised how light these lensos were. And then the price just made it so much more attractive.

            Would love superleggeras as well!

It's a bit of a pain but you can hit those double down arrows above the reply box next to the other icons and it will expand the text box (still have to zoom in to do it though).

                    Hey Justin,

Before I got my CH's, I was interested in those Lenso wheels, after seeing them in the flesh, the finish is not nice. Got put off.

The black with the ride stripe, there are alright, but wouldnt suit the .:R well imo. Also see a lancers and impreza's rolling on them these days. Quite a common choice.

Only pro I reckon if that the lenso's are quite light if im not wrong.

Here an :R from the tempe gallery
                    http://www.tempetyres.com.au/gallery...lkswagon+1%2E2

I say stick to euro style.

One of my favs are the rs6 wheels, if only they came in 5x100....

                    On a RS .:R

                    Sorry for the big images.

                    Cheers,
                    Tommy

Can't really go wrong with BBS CH (except for the price).

Assume you tried tirerack (judging from the high shipping remark).

Those A6 wheels are nice (and chunky) but look fairly outdated IMO.

My personal opinion is against wheels that have an even number of spokes, they remove all the dynamic proportion of the vehicle and make it look planted. The only way designers overcome this with even numbered spokes is to put a staggered design by overlaying 2 5-spoke paterns on each other, or to put so many spokes on a wheel so that it looks full and too busy for the eye to focus on the mis-match.

Look at alot of toyota and nissan 4x4s, they generally have had 6-spoke wheels which helps add to the chunky look that they want to achieve for the vehicles, making the truck look more firmly planted to the ground.
