cool as. yeh im leaning more towards new springs. now 1 last questions, anyone got any recomendations for a good spring shope down in the eastern burbs?
IMO new springs will be another guessing game and you might be back where you started, it always is with springs. at least with compressing your existing ones you have a basis height to start from and you can say "I want them compressed 1 inch" and that the result you'll get.

Heightwise, sure. But you won't know their rate, which in the end is probably more important.
Most places that make springs publish "x cm lower than stock" figures.

At least no-one's suggested chopping yet...
This is an approximation though - my Eibach's state "UP TO 30cm" drop from stock. I only achieved 15 to 20 with the Pro-Kit....not that it bothered me as the main reason for new suspension was not lowering, it was performance.
Eibach Sportline are the springs to use if you want to go lower than the Eibach Pro-Kit. I would talk to a Koni rep and see what springs they recommend, but you wont get a straight answer as to how low it will go. You really need to know what springs you have in the car now as well
