  • Buying a 2001 Bora V5

Im looking at buying a 2001 Bora V5 with about 95k on the clock. Any major things I should look out for? It's an auto.

Ill be coming from a c200 merc.

A lot of people seem to need to replace coil packs at some point, I got it done when I bought mine.
I'd check the suspension at that mileage, my fronts were gone at 96k. Check rotors, but you'd do that for any car I guess.

      Noisy / crappy windows.
See if the MAF, oxygen sensors and alike have been replaced at all? they may (and only may) need to be down the track with those KM and age of the car.

Other then that general stuff for a car its age! good luck!
