        The exhaust is great, love the sound of the Bora v6. The exhaust was a bit of an accident at the time I was looking to put on a new rear muffler and a guy had come in to this exhaust shop I with an M5 taking of his Remus Exhaust that he had only just put on (his missus forced himhim to take it off) it ended up being a perfect fit although frigging loud I guess because it was off a V8.
        My missus didn't like it either but she was so convincing.

        I have actually had it since new, 7 years this year forked out $55k at the time and still love it.
        I was planning on getting rid of it last year but I decided not to and I am going to put a bit of money back into it. So when I see prices now under $20k I think what a bargain. Will post some pics soon

                1999 mk4 black magic GTI - 1.8t with an ecu remap (dont know which company - previous owner did it in melbourne) running 16psi, custom downpipe and exhaust, red/black recaros, sunroof, big stereo, montreal's in bridgestone rubber, k&n pod (in stock airbox with larger intake pipe)
                i think that's about it.
                my third car and i love it. want to lower it but just dont know how at this point on a budget (thinking lowering springs but then...)

                  RRP of $660AU, get them from here for $330. I just got these on but I think i'd go lower. But they do handle great!

                    yeh i thought about the pro kit but only a 15mm drop! i want about 30mm to get rid of most of the arch gap hey

                    possibly coilovers in the futre i think.. for now i'll focus on performance mods.

                    any thought on the APR TIP? does it do anything or is it just a placebo effect??

                      Yeah the car doesn't really look any lower, but performance wise the suspension is awesome! Though I have already thought about different springs...
                      Out of the exhaust, TIP and suspension the suspension is the best mod. I don't know how people can say that a turbo back is to loud, if anything the APR system is to quiet!
                      The TIP, well it's there, I don't know if it made a huge difference. The car does feel a bit more responsive, but I don't know if that is due to the exhaust or the TIP.

                              black gti 2002 for me .....been spendin heaps on it too...front mount intercooler, k04 (yet to fit), injectors(yet to fit), fuel pump n adj. regulator, forge turbo inlet pipe, cold air intake k&n filter, 3 inch turbo back exhaust, adj. coilovers, 19 inch deep dish rims, sway bars front back underneath, new links control arms and bush's, polished inlet manifold, mishimoto alluminium radiator, diverter valve, 20% tint all round , sprayed tailights , angel eye headlights, custom gauge setup, short shifter, sprint booster plus a bit more ive forgotten...
                              a few of u might have seen my old 2002 wrx sti rego was UR2SLO it made 248kw atw on 18 psi was in fast fours mid last year ...i sold that to get this and got absolutely no regrets at all.....
