I would say mill 3,4mm out/off the factory upper down pipes that bolt to the head-give it a good gasket match. And then the lower down pipes I have seen guys cut the flanges off and go with 2 true 2.25 mandrel bend pipes down to the cats. I think bmf still sells the 2nd half custom down pipes and i think usp does too. Or spend big bucks on headers!

Headwork?
Read this:
I like this bit:
"Our gas flow measurements show that it has very good inlet flow but there was a lot of room for improvement on the exhaust side. After a challenging and extensive period on the flow bench we were able to raise the Inlet flow by 6% to 161.6 CFM. On the exhaust side we were able to make a huge increase of 30% to 129CF. This level of flow means this engine is capable of over 400BHP in normally aspirated form."PM if you are looking for: R32 rear sway bar; R32 suspension springs; Euro Headlight switches
