  • back window wipers

any one know how to change the back wipers or know where to get the rubber for them, it just cost way to much to go to the dealer to change the wipers! just not worth it.

Standard replacement blades from supercheap et al. 6 or 8mm I think. Just slide out the old one, slide in the new one and cut to length. Don't think any of the Mk IVs have aero wipers on the back as standard, only on the front.

Yeah it's easy as pie mate.

7 bucks for a generic blade from Repco or similar, just cut down to size. Same for the front (don't know about Aero ones).

FYI they're the smaller sized blades - front and rear.

Front aero wipers can be 'refurbished' without having to pay an arm for a new set. See here

if the back wiper is a solid rubber unit like the fronts, then they're the aero design. if it looks like a normal metal wiper arm with the clips, then slide in slide out should do it
