Yep, that'd help keep postage costs down. And would mean that only a single set of tools (maybe a few of each drill bit ) would be required to do the basic install (I don't think you need the specialist tools to remove the brace or put it back in once the nutserts are installed).

Yep, from what I know (based on reading about the similar UNIBrace) - after the initial install (nutcerts, etc) getting it in and out, as required, takes a few minutes.

I'll try to get hold of him again, and if I can't get him, may evaluate sourcing from somewhere else (still locally made, as long as I can get the design specs, which I'm working on).
