MK 4 - rear window leak

Hi fellow Golfers,

I got this problem I noticed the other day after abit of a downpour in Melbourne, I noticed that water had leaked into the LHS rear footwell - The thing I did not notice was where the leak actually came from, I've checked rubber seals, weather strips, door seals - everywhere that I could but still cannot find the leak......any ideas or suggestions that may help, or places to ckeck.

Any help much appreciated

By the way the car does not have a sunroof!!

how good is the plastic/rubber boot under your aerial?

Condition of the floor under the rear carpet?

Have you got a sunroof? If so I'd say the drain pipes for it are blocked up.
