2 din possibility?

Hey guys,

just wondering if its possible to install a 2 din stereo into the mk 4 golf by taking out, the i guess you'd call it a wallet compartment? the part above the stereo.

yeah u can remove the pocket 2 fit a double din radio

My car had a 6 CD stacker but you get the point. I needed a plastic facia adapter because the hole is a but bigger than the stereo. I needed an antenna adapter and a plug for the stereo (power and speakers)
