On the way to work this morning my steering arm feel of the up,

does anybody know what size / type or bolt is used to secure it to the hub ?

Luckily was only travelling slowly when this happened,

    Cheers

    Fell off the hub?

I should have access to a service manual tonight, I'll check the details and will let you know.
    Nothing to see here...

Not good - at least it happened at low speed, rather than in a high-speed sweeper!

I think the parts you need are single-use - I'll check my service manual tonight, and will let you know the part numbers if I can find them.

the bolt is still in the arm, all i need is the nut,
looks like it would be a 12mm nylon locking nut or similar

Almost certainly a locknut (with the nylon segment on the top of the thread, which is why they say they shouldn't be reused).
