  • My smoked indicators arrived thanks to Tim at Dub Addiction.
Whole deal was processed and posted sooo quick. Thanks!

To swap them, push the stock ones to the rear of the car...?

The passenger one came out easy and went back in easy (actually seems a tad loss, any ideas on how to fix that?). The smoked doesnt actually seem to match the black paint on my car, but its better then the stock.

Drivers is stuck good. Taking the wheel arch liner off the only option?

                    • Some bits arrived for me this morning

Changed the ignition control module, and the cars all good now... I like a simple fix

Tomorrow i might have a go at installing the r32 control arm bushings.

not too hard to get on, that is once you figure out to read the instructions and actually lube the bolts

There's a Bora 4mo for sale locally which has had a replacement engine installed too, may have suffered a similar fate.

                              • puddles are great, not so with the aem intake but it never stops me .. such a child haha.

my update - zilch. took it through a very leisurely run over weekend with 4 people actually through the national park and turbo wasnt glowing as usual by the end of it .. the porsche brakes held up great..

maybe upgrade the passat to porsche calipers too .. why not!
