    • the old whiteline sway bar had been desigened to go under the driveshafts, even on the 3rd revision they still have a **** design.
yours looks like the same shape as my (except upside down), I had the 2nd and 3rd revision.
the bend in the centre of the bar in the centre of the car, which way is it going how its currently installed on your car?
      Bora gone
      Vento VR6

      • actually looking at their website looks like the fronts have been revised again...
also have dropped a number of bars from the range and dropped the 50mm lowering rule.
Keen to see how you go with it! also careful with those end links. do a good month of driving before doing any spirited driving...

        • I had to take out my front sway bar (stock) with 35mm of lowering. Any lower and it contacted the axel.
Not my video, but it's the same as what was happening on mine.

Now I'm sitting around 90mm lower than stock soooo my front sway bar is long gone. To be honest, can't even feel a difference with it out, and I've given it a good run up in the hills courtesy of a certain VWWC cruise

Took out the perches for my rear springs last night.

          Sitting pretty nicely now

That wheel/car colour combo looks awesome ... Have you thought of darker tail-lights?

              Thanks for your keen observation
When the car was dropped it didn't sit right so was re-installed

              TT rotors installed
              DBA 4000series rotors BA4838SL/SR 312mm Diameter
              Hawk HPS pads : HB272.763A
              Goodrigde brake lines :SVW0607-4P
              Audi TT brake carriers : 1JO 615 125A
This is a mod every MK4 owner should do

Really wrapped at how the car turned out

              To sum up;
KING SPRINGS ,doesn't lower the car that much so if you want a slamming ride look elswhere
              FRONT:- KVFL-16
              REAR:- KARL-14
Rear BWR22XZ Sway bar - 24mm X heavy duty blade adjustable on middle setting
KLC150 Sway bar - link kit heavy duty adj steel ball, yes the are huge
Front BAF13 Sway bar - 22mm heavy duty
              Bilstein Shocks
              F: VE3 4407
              R: BE3 2623
Coil over would be way cheaper but this package is awsome

Drove today through Picton , Stanwell Tops and National Park and the handling was spectacular. Ride comfort was stiff but not enough to brake your back

              Oh yeah......205/55 16 bridgestone potenzas

                • Was feeling like the car was a little down on power these last few weeks, wasn't sure if it was just me getting used to it or if it had really lost some power. I decided to check the wastegate and sure enough it had somehow adjusted itself down to 5psi (tune calls for 8psi). It's now back around 8-9psi and pulls like mad!

Thanks buddy, yeah I have, not really sold on the idea to be honest. Might see if I can find another jazz blue car with darker lights and see how it looks. It kinda works with them red because it ties into the whole brightness thing of the wheels.

Lito, how could it adjust itself down?

I'm not really sure tbh, I could only guess that because it's all brand new the spring in the actuator must've needed time to 'wear in'. I don't think the nuts on the rod moved because they were still tight together. I guess I'll just have to keep an eye on it...

Btw, your car looks mint! love the wheels, I think that a set of gti tail lights would go really well with that colour combination.

Ah okay, I didn't realise it was all brand new. I've heard of that happening once before. Just check it every now and then, though I guess you'd feel the difference if it dropped back again hahah. Thanks!!

Because I did everything together I can't really comment on how the bar would be as a stand alone mod. But I can say that the steering input is precise and the steering input can be changed halfway through a corner without the car raising a sweat.
The car has so much grip on all corners, even in the wet. No understeer or oversteer, very neutral.

                          You'll love the 312 swap
What pads are you going to use?
