R32 Major Service Cost

Getting close to buying an R32 with one car sold and the other some interest. I just want to know what i am buying into if i buy an R32 with just below 64,000 or 96,000km as from what i have read these are major services.

What have you spent on these services? I'm a complete newbie when it comes to VW costs.

my 60k sevice was around a $1000 and a free loan car . done by VW.
Last one was a 80k service and it was $250 done by a VW specialist

Cheers for that. Found that site before. Such a great site with info. knew what went into the major services but just wasn't sure what teh VW major service would cost.

Now to sell the Jeep and get into this R32!

I did a 175k service and that was i thinks..$600 than i did my own oil (ROYAL PURPLE) added to about 700+....worth it

Geez you guys need some specialist mechanics around the place. That's just freaking ridiculous. Good thing we have Jimmy and Mike Weber up here in Brissy.
