Please answer these Questions Mr Loon cause me and a few other people are curious

What is the objective behind this questioning? All I can tell from is it that there seems to be conjecture over a failing part on a car from 2 mechanics, 1 that has assessed the work and another that has not seen the car.

It is coming across to me that this is nit picking, I am for one interested to see a service bulletin that you suggest explains the scenario that was experienced.
