Hi All,
this weekend I drove into an uneven driveway and knocked a small protruding rock on the way in, heard a bit of a thud, checked it and as far as I could see, it looked like the centre exhaust resonator took the hit (no major damage). But today I went to fill up as the Low Fuel light came on and to my surprise it only took 42L to fill to right to the top, then when I jumped in the Fuel Gauge was only showing 7/8ths full.
Intuition tells me something is not right, and logic would say that the Fuel tank sender took a hit. Can anybody disprove this theory and confirm the location of the fuel sender on the Boras.
I hope to get it checked out this week, but as there are no leaks, I am not overly concerned......yet.
To Be Continued......
