Hey guys, new here, been into the VW's for a while, had a few oldies over the last few years, 59 beetle, 55 beetle, 62 KG, but I've gone back to my 1st true love with older cars and I'm back into the early RX Mazda's again.
I am however still very much into VW's, but moreso the water pumpers and have loved the Euro scene ever since living in London and getting right into it. Anyway I'm looking to buy either a V5 Bora or MK4 GTi early next year as my daily transport and just wanted to know if the Bora's/MK4 GTi's share the same wheel stud pattern and offsets as the current MK5 GTI's? The reason being is that my Dad is currently overseas for 6 months and I'm using his MK5 GTi as my daily and if I plan to buy a Bora or GTi when I have to give his back then I'll be looking at some 18in or 19in Audi Rep rims for my car, but wouldn't mind buying them now and sticking them on his for a while, so will they be interchangeable? I have a look in mind and I think I'll end up with a Bora as it'll suit the style much better, but I also think the wheels will suit a current GTi aswell.
Thanks
Michael
