Depending on your Dampers/Coilovers I'd say the fronts would rub on the inside or at least be too close for comfort. I have KW coilovers and those wheels at ET45 would rub on the adjustment collar/coil for sure.
I've just got the standard suspension at the moment, though will be going to coilovers later.
I was just reading your thread with your 18x8 +35s...
With the ET35, I have about 10mm clearance from the tyre to the adjustment collar, so on mine they would rub, I'm not sure you may be OK with stock struts. If you take some measurements with your current setup, grab a pad and calculator and you should be able to come up with a pretty close estimate. But if you're going to coilovers later, it may be best to pass on them.
With the new setup, you'll have almost 1" less clearance on the inside. So I'd defer to Snowy's advice and perhaps look at something closer to ET35 (as advised in his thread).
