its a shim that goes behind the stub axel, thicker at the bottom so it kicks the bottom of the wheel out and the top in.

too much trouble to get them made.. rather buy it off the shelf like these 1's..

yeah there are only 4 holes cause that is how many hold the axel to the car, these dont go under the wheel,

lol, they don't sit between the hub and the rim. if someone put them there your wheel would wobble as it rotated. think about it...let the wheel turn 180 degrees and you will have the top of the wheel sitting out further than the bottom. also, your wheel lugs and nuts would be put under serious strain from not sitting flush.

they go on the underside of the hub.

cause you need the cut out for the abs sensor good for older cars tho.
