4 Motion Bora clutch replacement

I have a 2003 Bora V6 4 Motion manual with 245k km

I'm looking at replacing the clutch with the LuK RepSet DMF Clutch Kit (600 0181 00)

This comes with: Central Slave Cylinder, clutch
Clutch Pressure Plate
Clutch Disc
Screw Set
Dual-mass flywheel

But the listing states without

pilot bearing and

without friction control plate.

So I have 2 questions:
- do I need to replace the

pilot bearing and friction control plate (and where do I get them)?
- what other parts should be replaced at the same time as the clutch?
