There is a company online who sells these in different colours (grey or beige plastic) that are direct replacements for Golfs. I forgot who it is that sells them... They look spiffy though. With all these lights the interior is going to look like the cockpit of a MiG!

Graeme's actually done this mod to his R32 already.
Looks sweet as and bathes the car in a lovely red. However it is constant.
I have my blue leds installed in the normal interior anyway and it looks pretty good when you open the door or pull the key out.

They look pretty cool. Those red leds that point down towards the gear shifter come standard on the MKV golf, my dad's FSI has those and it lights the front controls up a red colour, it looks pretty good, i always wondered how i could do that to mine, maybe in a blue led tho, since all our instraments are blue...

Just checked behind my vents. No hidden LEDs and disconnected wiring for me.
Damn those US R boys why can't VW have been as lazy for us as well.
