alright, so many mk4 owners as of late and very little info on everyones vehicles!

max 4 pics, from when you bought it, until now, background info on what bought with and what your plans are (realistic plans, not the oz-lotto $15mil you'll never win cuz i will.... lol)

always good to share, so others get ideas and inspiration for their own rides (also known as the 2 minute noodle diet to get parts lol)
    What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

        Love that Black R32 mate.

Most have probably seen these shots but they're all I've got. Here's the details of my sordid affair, from the early casual fling with a bigger set of.....wheels, to the full blown, wallet sapping mistress she is becoming.

        Seems innocent here:

        The face:

        The Ass:

        The Heart:

        The Details:
        20th Anniversary Body Kit
        R-Line Wheels
        KW Coilovers
        KW Front Anti Sway Bar
Neuspeed Rear Adjustable Anti Sway Bar
        APR Tuned ECU
        APR Turbo Inlet Pipe
        APR Throttle Body Hose
        APR Turbo Back Stainless Exhaust
        APR Dog Bone
        EVOMS V-Flow Intake
        R32 Mats
        R32 Pedals + Dead Pedal

Eventually I would like to get my Neuspeed lower intercooler pipe on somehow.

Not sure about future plans, they just seem to pop into my head then I work on them but I've always wanted the car to be kept sort of OEM+ looking and not too rad.

That reminds me, short term, a R32 steering wheel would be a nice addition straight up.

Next lot of mods in the process:
          Tomorrow the FMIC gets done.

          Then:
Pelequin LSD, ECS stage 1 clutch, K04-023, S3 exhaust manifold, S3 dump pipe, S3 injectors, 4 bar FPR, 3" MAF housing, Custom code tune

After that is done, I'll be doing mainly asthetic mods to clean up the remainer of the car. Not too sure else what I want to do to it - I should be pretty happy once that's done.

Likewise mate - your car looks so clean!

I can't take credit for either of the shots. The photos were taken by Steve and John - my camera skills are about as good as my cooking skills (non existent).

The car has a CAMS log book that allows it to be entered in CAMS / FIA sanctioned tarmac rally events in the M2C2 classification.

                      Which is
M2 = Cars having a 0-60mph acceleration time from a standing start of 4.8 to 6.8 seconds in standard form.
                      C = Contemporary 1998 Onwards
                      2 = Capacity 2501cc to 3500cc

The CAMS Modern Tarmac Rally rules are pretty strict on what you are allowed to do to the car so unfortunately any FI option is out. There are still some options open in the rules for NA mods so I will investigate these but I'm pretty much at the limit of what's allowed for the modern class (EG: No after market cams allowed, no FI, No after market headers etc)

Thanks to the following companies for their on going support and excellent service.

It is the European MKIV R32 DSG Airbox and intake, the airbox looks almost exactly the same as ours though the intake pipe is a larger diameter. No pics sorry.

I'll get the part numbers from Graeme today when he is up and about as he ordered the parts for me and I will post them up. As a side note we tested the grams per second of air intake with Vagcom while using the BMC and then with the OEM DSG intake and airbox and the difference between the two was negligible.
