Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Hello World

    Hey guys,

My name is Rohan and this is my 1995 2.Slow ADY Powered MK3 Golf GL. I'm fairly new to mechanics but since a young age I've been obsessed with VW Cars and always wanted an older model golf and recently got my P's and bought my first car, a Golf. Not sure where to go with it how ever in the way of modding, don't really have the money for an engine swap but would like to bump its power up a little bit. All in all it puts a smile a mile wide on my face everytime I get in it.

    Anyways here's some pics.

I have all you'd need for a vr6 conversion. Probably part with it all for about a grand, if interested...

Nice clean example of a Mk3 Golf. It is a great first car. May it give you many years of motoring joy!
