I saw a white 2 door golf MK3 in Burnie yesterday. I had never seen one before.

Are they rare?? They look awesome

No they're around.
They brought the CL 2 door in for one year along with the TDI (?).

Yep CL, they sometime give you thoughts to have a VR6 transplant into one of those.

I just been looking through some older posts and saw Green T4 has one.

Strip it out, dump a vr6 in it and it would be a very fun car

Yeah mate the Polo is the same chassis as an Ibiza and it fits in this 2 door one

Yes you can get C, CL, GL, TDI, GTI, VR6, 16V in 2 or 4 doors.

Venom Motorsport built a VR6 Polo a few years ago. There's a few around

It's difficult to do something different nowadays - there's so many loaded-up Yanks and Poms that have $100k to blow on an old Veedub and pay someone to do the work :!: :twisted:
