Need a rough evaluation on my mk3 vr6 3 door

Hey guys I just need a rough evaluation on my 3 door... The conversion was done by Camden gti years ago. The body has 191xxx kms and the motor has around 120xxx from what I've been told by a few people. It's a 5spd manual, I just put 12 months rego on it, all new fluids, new spark plugs, new cv shafts and front wheel bearings and fuel filter. Car runs great and is very responsive. Has a hi flow cat, suitcase delete, k&n panel filter, stage 3 engine mounts (forget the brand), Koni coilovers, front strut bar, brand new tyres. Has Passat seats from what I believe, lupo steering wheel. Body is in fairly good condition, no major dents. A few scratches here and there but barely noticeable. If some of you could tell me what it's worth that would be great! I might have to sell it for a mk4 r32 I'm possibly getting don't want too but owning 3 cars is expensive haha.

Take into account the time,effort & dollars involved if you had to go buy a 3 door and a donor vr6 for the drivetrain/parts.....
Granted its an older car now but if you've paid for the car and upkept maintenance then you cant just give it away either.
