    hey fellas,
    this is my vr ive had for nearly a year now but have now decided to give it a bit of a birthday coming into the new year.
    already started on a few things but this is what ive done so far.

    anyone else got an opinion on what else i should do with the old girl?
    putting new coilovers in on the weekend thanks to hayden

            Polish the manifold . I recently did mine to a dull shine with sandpaper (by hand). Here's a photo without any polish or buffing being done.

            Untouched vs. Minor Polish. (there's some black engine enamel paint on the right one too if you look between the inlets)

                Nice. We picked up a cheapie last weekend that needs a bit of TLC.

                Always had newer VAGS but really digging the mk3
                Mk IV Golf GTI - BMP - GIAC chip, R32 wheels, KW coilovers, rear swaybar.

                      yeah nice, thats not a bad idea? i have a spare manifold so i might clean that one up so my car is still drivable while i do it! plus one of the machinists from work was gonna port it form me for a carton of boags so can get that done at the same time.
