  • VR6 on gas

Heres an interesting one: Has anybody heard of a VR6 running on LPG?? Or CNG? Worth it? Would the vr6 engine cope with LPG?

      Post pix!

Even though I don't drive my dub that often, I paid $68 for a full tank of ultimate 98 last week. FORGET THAT!

Wouldn't leave much room in a Golfie boot would it?

your better off going straight gas if you are going to do an LPG conversion.

That way its not a compromise between 2 fuels in terms of tuning and performance and economy and you dont loose any boot space as you replace your petrol tank with a gas one!

True dat! I have no interest in going dual fuel, just straight gas.

I have heard a lot about NGV (natural gas for vehicles) which is cheaper again than LPG. I'd be interested to know more...

Dont see why it wouldnt. Turbo kits can be made to suit gas setups aswell
Mate of mine has one on his RB20, goes pretty damn hard actually!
