do any of you guys no were to get the bonrath in-take pice that gos in the bumper for a VR6 that allows you to conect the air in-take pipe to it

Don't know if they're still available. Like most of them aftermarket parts, they've been discontinued a while ago. I'd give ebay.com (US site), ebay.de and ebay.co.uk a try.
