U can't compare old oem mounts to bfi ones. Obviously old oem mounts are going to have a load of vibration, the amount comes down to how old an torn they are.
So naturally putting anything other than a worn out oem mount in there will reduce vibration.

U have to know what brand new oem mounts feel like, to make a comparison.

When you wind in 30 pounds of boost and your motor rocks back and dents your hood. Dont say we didn't tell you!

Turns out the mounts on my car might not be put on properly/ tight enough cos when i got the car i put it in for a service through the nrma and they had replaced all the mounts, hoping that could be the problem. If not i'll let you know!
        Cheers

My dad drove the car to the local shops, parking there is a bit difficult so he decided to go into the actual designated car spots, which are on a steep slope, as he was reversing to come out of the car park the lip must of caught on a gutter or something and cracked :/ he's offered to get me another one so it's all good haha.

Walked outside yesterday to find my car looking like this. Also i need to re-attach the bumper (it wasn't on properly when i first had the car) and find a new black drivers door as that would probably be cheaper than getting the dent out at a shop lol.

I buy some every few months, it fades quickly but is $6 on ebay.
Will this stuff do the trick for the red trim? cheers

Managed to find a drivers door in the same colour, that was pretty lucky! Got it put on today and everything is working fine.
Ordered another lip and some VR6 badges. that's it for now, the mounts are still playing up so getting that fixed soonish.

Been abit since i've posted so here's a little update:
-Took out the grill (it was cracked previously and it was falling apart - still waiting to find a good black one)
-Left fog/indicators completely fell out whilst i was driving last week, so i replaced them with normal amber indicators. (i still have the drivers side black ones if anyone is interested)
                                -Got some Golf/VR6 badges.
                                -Replaced speed sensor.

Also didn't expect to buy these this morning:
They are Volk CV-P's i think.

                                16x8 et35

Since i've got a 94 VR with 280mm brakes,i'm worried the wheels won't clear, would i need spacers and if so what size for a nice poke? sorry i'm a n00b.
