Rushed oil fill up? Either that or it's melted glue on the manifold cover (Might be snapped screw mounts on the plastic cover and it's been glued on??)

That's pretty cheap for a 150k VR6 and it's a manual too!

Registration details

The registration is cancelled.
The registration expired on 04/06/2014.

Which is different to what is listed on the gumtree ad, and if its in such good condition and so clean why hasn't it been registered for almost a year. Just seems to be a bit off.

Having said all of that, i'd probably still talk myself into having a look at it.

I don't think it's the same, engine cover says "VR6 2.8" rather than "VR6 DOHC" in the ad. Head unit is different. Headlights and fogs are different. Shifter knob different. Odometer in ad says 143,000 but Jimmy bought his at 147,000

yes, but I thought there might be a possibility that they were mods from the current owner.
Engine cover confirms your thinking though.

Anyway, they should take it for a test drive and report back.

i noticed the head unit was different.. We are in SA and a friend of ours is driving it this weekend..

red9N3Gti what you informed me of is very odd..

he said to me he has four cars so thats why is not registered. he was a lil cagey tho
