Out of Balance Engine????

Hi all,

more obvious in neutral but when my car revs in these ranges:



if you can imagine breaking with warped rotars it feels similar but does this in neutral and vibrates through the steering wheel.

Are there any balancing weights on the motor i have lost? Or is it a normal VR6 characteristic?
Im sure my mounts are tight.
